We offer a remote treatment option for those who live outside our area that would like to receive customized herbal formulas and nutritional/lifestyle coaching. You will receive an initial 10-minute introductory call with the clinic director, Chris Axelrad, M.S.O.M., L. Ac., FABORM, at no charge. The purpose of the introductory call is to ensure that our remote treatment option is right for you. If, after this call, you take the opportunity to purchase a package, you will receive weekly, one-on-one phone consultations starting with a 60-minute initial consult that consists of a detailed review of your medical history and current situation.

After your complimentary 10-minute pre-screening call and subsequent initial 60-minute consultation, you will receive weekly 30-minute follow up sessions to chart your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan, including herbal modifications and changes to dietary or nutritional supplement recommendations. You will also have access to the clinic director via email for questions and communication between calls.

Remote treatment is done based on package rates only. The minimum commitment is 4 sessions, which includes your 60-minute initial consult plus 3 follow-up 30-minute consults. You can also opt to purchase a 12-week package, which is ideal for fertility patients. We have found that focused treatment over 3 fertility cycles yields the best results. Once your request is submitted, you will be contacted to set up your pre-screening call. We will contact you the same business day in most cases, and no more than 1 business day after your request is received. If, after your pre-screening call, you take the opportunity to purchase a package, we will get your payment information and schedule all of your appointments for the entire series.
